Stackpole, delivering a keynote presentation at the National Care
Forum annual conference in Kenilworth, England on May 4, 2006. The
program, entitled The Transforming Value of Complaints and
Compliments, was delivered to chief executives and senior
managers of the not-for-profit care sector throughout the UK. The
presentation challenged leaders of the health care sector to use
the required complaints procedure as a springboard to excellence
by transforming the process to one that encourages open communication
among staff, residents and family. The Powerpoint

Mr. Stackpole will be presenting a keynote speech at the National
Care Forum meeting in November 2006. Additional information will
be available in the fall.
